Who We Are
Our team of well-trained professionals deliver quality and reasonably priced services throughout Chicago's West Side area. Our significant market research showcases the need for local learning center and aftercare child services in the Chicagoland area. Due to the rise of COVID-19 and the need for essential worker childcare support, the demand for our services is greater than ever.
Hours of Operation
World Leaders will operate six (6) days a week from Monday to Saturday (with reduced hours). We also offer extended hours for an additional cost. We are currently under construction and will be reopening in our new facility soon!
Standard Hours
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Extended Hours
Monday to Friday:
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Our Founders
Narcrissa Berry
Owner, CEO
World Leaders is owner and led by our CEO, Mrs. Narcrissa Berry. She has over a decade of expertise managing a non-emergency medical transportation firm, B Jays Transportation to fill transportation skills gaps and to provide more employment opportunities to the community-at-large. Mrs. Berry has ventured into the learning center sector to impact children of all ages and to prepare them for future success as "World Leaders." She believes that by investing in our children, we create a better tomorrow.
Latrice Hopkins
Executive Director
Our day-to-day operations are supported by Ms. Latrice Hopkins. Ms. Hopkins is a talented childcare professional with years of center management and oversight experience. With an education in early childhood education, she is solid and confident leader focused on staff development and customer service. Ms. Hopkins possesses excellent oral and written communication abilities, the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment, and has the necessary skills to build strategic relationships and partnerships.
